To ask the Minister for Housing; Planning; Community and Local Government if his attention has been drawn to homeowners advertising shared occupancy bunk beds (details supplied); the legal obligations of such activity; the rules or regulations in place to protect the rights of tenants in such accommodation; if his department has intervened in these circumstances; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
