New Minister carrying on from the old…refusal to allow discussion on need for arts funding to be ethical, ruled out of order. Clearly dodging a necessary discussion on this in relation to issues such as funding for circuses which “use” (abuse) animals.

To ask the Minister for Arts, Heritage and the Gaeltacht his views regarding the numbers of NPWS officers around the country; his plans to increase these numbers in order to protect our wildlife; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
