Clearly the reality now is that this process was a sham to avoid transparency, rather than a vehicle to deliver justice… Meanwhile she at least had to acknowledge the seriousness of the Inspector of Prisons Report into deaths of two prisoners which expose seriously inaccurate record-keeping.
