Clare attempted to raise the issue of Aer Lingus/daa Pension Scheme problems with Minister Donohoe on Wednesday, but sadly the question didn’t get selected for discussion from the lottery. Even though he escaped having to answer Clare’s question on Shannon, her colleague Mick Wallace did get that chance and Minister Donohoe was forced to concede that some of his information last time round was not accurate… putting questions down pays.

To ask the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport if he has raised issues of staff concern regarding the operation of the new daa pension scheme, and legacy issues from the Irish Airlines (General Employees) Superannuation Scheme since its cessation in any recent correspondence between him or his Department with daa officials..
